About the Event

Please note: This workshop is for HR, Learning and Development, Organizational Effectiveness and Organizational Development leaders within organizations only (not private consultants or L&D firms).

Leading a team through unexpected crisis and change is often chaotic and emotionally draining on our HR and L&D teams. This session hosted by Collective Gain Founder Lizzie Alberga and the Collective Gain team of L&D Expert Consultants is to provide support to HR/Org Dev/L&D leaders through an interactive panel, group Q&A discussion and, importantly, an acknowledgment of the personal demands this is abrupt shift has caused.

Attend to gain some insight from other top industry leaders, get your questions answered, feel supported by other professionals dealing with similar challenges, share wins/what's working, and commit to coming together to slow down and recognize this present moment in time.

Please note: All workshop times are listed in PST.
