Breakout Discussions for L&D and HR Leaders

This workshop is for HR, Learning and Development, Organizational Effectiveness and Organizational Development leaders within organizations only (not private consultants or L&D firms).

Join us to participate in breakout discussions with other L&D and HR leaders to gain insight and feel empowered.  We will cover topics like:

• How to strategically partner with your leadership team to invest in L&D
• What topics are resonating with your teams now, what areas of focus are we missing that we could bring to our teams?
• What is the new normal of L&D, and work and what will that look like?  What can we do now to prepare for and drive change?

Discussions will be facilitated by one of our L&D experts, it will be a time to bring our collective thoughts to the table as leaders to support and gain insight from each other.
