Baby Boomers, Gen Xers, Millennials and Gen Zers are all dealing with the recent changes at work due to the coronavirus. Based on the research she did for her book, Gen Speak®: Communication Strategies for the New Generational Mix at Work, Kira B Copperman will review how each generation may be reacting to those changes based on their influences, characteristics, values, and approaches to work. This workshop will provide practical tips and techniques to help you navigate the differences in order to reduce conflict and improve communication.
