About the Event
Difficult times significantly magnify the difference between effective and ineffectively leadership. Our natural human tendencies can cause good leaders to fall into less resourceful and even unhealthy behaviors. The key to standing out as a leader in these unprecedented times is Mindful Leadership.
The best way to step into and stay in a Mindful Leadership mindset is by cultivating Presence & Courage. Presence is having access to the wisdom, awareness and resources available in each moment. Courage is having the bravery and gravitas to put that wisdom and awareness into action and lead others through times of fear and uncertainty.
During this experiential and interactive workshop, you’ll learn techniques to cultivate presence and courage and create real-life and work simulations of Mindful Leadership in your role. You will walk away with new tools and a 30-day action plan to help presence and courage become the new normal in your leadership.
Please note: All workshop times are listed in PST.Â
