This workshop is for HR, Learning and Development, Organizational Effectiveness and Organizational Development leaders within organizations only (not private consultants or L&D firms).

Join Collective Gain founder Lizzie Alberga as she shares resources for anti-racism courses and programs, as well as personal growth books that you can recommend to your employees based on specific challenges they are facing.  Lizzie will also open up the meeting for you to share or ask your fellow L&D/HR leaders for resources that are helpful during this time and to generate a productive and supportive work environment.

At the end, Lizzie will give an overview of some upcoming coaching opportunities that you can pilot with your company if you feel like it would be supportive to you and your company at this time.
