Boundaries is a triggering word. If you ask 100 people if they are great at setting boundaries, 99.9 of them would shrug their shoulders. Often we're great at setting boundaries in one area of our life but not in another. Work happens to be a place that most people find difficult to create boundaries. Our livelihood is attached to our performance and that puts pressure on our need to please, also incorrectly known as succeeding.
